Things to consider before joining: We accept fire policemen, honorary members, or former fire police officers. You can join as a fire police officer even if you volunteer outside of Bucks County, PA (for example, if you volunteer in Montgomery County, PA). Honorary members are expected to assist with association events, coordination, and communication to help deploy resources to various events throughout the county during the year. Honorary members can also serve as judges who help swear in new fire police. All fire police members are expected to volunteer locally.
